View here 23/06/2008                                                                  JRC is a finalist in the 2008 'Ten images for Ithica' poster competition. They received 1900 posters from 1257 participants from 70 countries! There were ten winners and 123 finalists. Much the same as the last one but with everything running more smoothly. 09/12/07                                                                    I take a short trip to Singapore to catch up on the 2007 Design Festival. See the pictures in Viewfinder. 15/09/07                                                                    JRC moves to Thailand! After 7 weeks traveling Southeast Asia I start my new job with Spb Software House based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. 12/06/07                                                                    Every year the Rhondda Heritage Park hold an open art competition. Artists from all backgrounds are invited to submit their work to be judged leading to an exhibition. 100 pieces are chosen for the exhibition allowing a wide variety of media and subjects matter. Two pieces from The Lab - Seen Beneath series were chosen to be included in the 2007 exhibition which ran from the 20th July - 16th September. 04/04/07                                                                    I was invited to illustrate a 12" record for an exhibition held at the E shed in Bristol, UK. The exhibition celebrated all styles of illustration, showing work from up and coming as well as renowned illustrators and artists. 13/02/07                                                                    JRC T-shirt design (People Under Planes) has been chosen by Spunky (SP:UK Clothing). The design is now available on T-shirts (Mushy Pea & Red) and as a long sleeved top (Grey).
